Workaround for slow hotkey response in Win10
If user-assigned hotkeys are slow in Win10 (~3 second delay before response) end-task the applicationframehost.exe process and test again. In my experience, without applicationframehost.exe running hotkey response times are consistently much faster, like subsecond.
Applicationframehost.exe is related to the Superfetch service so disable it in services.msc. Warning, this may impact some Windows Store components but who installs anything from the Windows Store?
In some versions of Windows 10 (like Win10-Home) the Superfetch service is actually called Sysmain in services.msc.
